TERMS OF PURCHASE
When ordering, you as a customer agree to pay for your order at the agreed price.

If you make changes to an order, the order can be changed up until production begins. Once production has started, the order can no longer be canceled.

If a defect occurs due to us during production, we will of course replace the product. You can then choose between a full refund or a new product.

Please note that the product images on the website are sample images. The delivered product may differ slightly in appearance depending on the shape, model and manufacturing variations of the plastic.

SHIPPING, RETURNS & COMPLAINTS
All our MX/Enduro decal orders are delivered from our production partner MadeStickers and shipped via PostNord. Snowmobile kits are delivered from our production partner SweTown in Östersund. T-shirt printing and other orders are shipped from WTD.
Shipping costs are always added and may vary between different products. MX/Enduro orders over 2000 SEK are free of shipping. However, this does not apply to bulky goods such as plastic kits or snowmobile kits. At checkout, the correct shipping price will be displayed to you.

As our products are made to order, we cannot offer returns.
In the event of a production error, we are responsible for ensuring that the error is corrected through a refund or replacement product. In connection with a return, all undamaged parts of the order must be sent back.

LOGOS
Whiskey Throttle Design cannot be held responsible for the use of material submitted by the customer. All responsibility regarding the use of submitted design material lies with the customer themselves.

POSSIBLE DISPUTES
If a dispute should arise, we follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Complaints Board (ARN) to find a fair solution.
